Ingredients (4)

6.00 pork — chops
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
125.00 ml picalilli — minced
250.00 ml breadcrumbs — dry

Method:

Preheat the oven to 160 ºC (325 ºF).
Spray an ovenproof dish with non-stick spray.
Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper. Spread a little of the picalilli on both sides of each chop and roll the chops in the breadcrumbs.
Arrange in the prepared dish and cover with aluminium foil. Bake for about 1 hour or until done. Remove the cover during the last 15 minutes of baking time to allow the chops to brown lightly.
Serve with rice, green peas and carrots.
