Phyllo-wrapped feta with honey and sesame seeds re

  • 500
    PnP feta cheese
  • 6
    PnP phyllo pastry
  • 1
    glug PnP Finest extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing
  • 100
  • 1
    sesame seeds
  • 1
    mint, garnish


Cut feta into 1cm-thick slabs.

Brush each phyllo pastry sheet with olive oil and then wrap each square of feta in a pastry sheet.

Heat 4cm vegetable oil in a pan and deep-fry squares until golden all over.

Drain on kitchen paper.

Serve drizzled with honey and scattered with sesame seeds and mint leaves.
