0.00 bread — whole wheat roll
30.00 g margarine — Rama Idea!
0.00 pesto
56.00 g turkey — breast, thinly sliced
0.00 provolone cheese — shredded

Method:

1. Cut the roll open and spread with Rama Idea!

2. Spread 1 teaspoon pesto sauce over each half. Lay a double thickness of small turkey pieces over each half. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of turkey.

3. Pop in the microwave for about a minute until the cheese is melted.
