Pen's penne with tomatoes and feta

    baby rosa tomatoes, whole or halved
  • 4
    discs feta cheese, broken into chunks
  • 3
    cloves garlic, unpeeled
  • 30
    olive oil
  • garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1
    handful fresh basil or Italian parsley, chopped


Cook pasta according to packet instructions, then drain. Meanwhile, toss tomatoes, feta, garlic, olive oil and seasoning into an ovenproof dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ºC for 15 to 20 minutes. Toss penne with the feta and tomato mixture, add the herbs and serve immediately. The tomato mixture can also be served with crusty bread and a green salad for a light lunch. Per serving: 1 710 kJ; 42,49 g carbohydrate; 15,49 g protein; 19,99 g fat
