Penne with tomato, olive and caper sauce

    penne, cooked al dente
  • 400
    bottle ready made tomato sauce, warmed
  • 12
    black olives, halved
  • 30
    capers, drained
  • fresh basil leaves and
  • Parmesan shavings to serve


Toss pasta with sauce, olives and capers. Serve on a bed of basil leaves and top with Parmesan shavings. Serves 4.
