500.00 g pasta — penne
397.00 g nestlé dessert cream
60.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
250.00 ml parmesan cheese — grated
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Voorverhit oond tot 200 ºC.

Drup bietjie olyfolie oor botterskorsie en knoffelhuisies op ‘n bakplaat en geur met sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper en ‘n paar vars salieblare. Rooster vir 20-25 minute.

Braai spek tot bros en dreineer op kombuispapier.

Bring room tot kookpunt en laat effens indamp tot ‘n souskonsistensie.

Voeg spek en pietersielie by en geur na smaak met sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper.

Kook pasta tot al dente. Dreineer.

Meng pampoen, knoffel, pasta, sous en Parmesaan kaas en geur met ekstra swartpeper.

Sit voor en garneer met Parmesaankrulle.
