200.00 g digestive biscuits — chocolate, crushed
60.00 g butter — melted
250.00 g cream cheese — smooth
180.00 ml golden syrup
400.00 ml peanut butter — crunchy
250.00 ml cream — fresh, whipped
100.00 g dark chocolate — melted

Method:

BASE:
Mix together the biscuits and butter. Press into a 22 cm pie dish and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
FILLING:
Mix together the cream cheese and syrup, then stir in the peanut butter. Fold in the whipped cream and spoon into the crust.
Drizzle with the melted chocolate and chill for 4 to 6 hours until set.
