25.00 g butter — soft
500.00 g icing sugar
75.00 g peanut butter

Method:

Beat the butter till soft and creamy. Sift in small quantities of the icing sugar, blending well after each addition. Add the peanut butter and beat well.
Serve as a cake filling or on cupcakes.
