Ingredients (3)

410.00 g peaches — tinned halves, drained
250.00 ml custard — vanilla
30.00 ml brown sugar — soft

Method:

Switch on the oven grill.
Arrange two peach halves in individual pudding dishes. Pour the custard over the peaches and sprinkle with 15 ml (1 T) brown sugar. Grill for a few minutes or until the sugar has melted.
Serves 2-3.
