Peach caramel mousse

  • 820
  • 1
    packet orange jelly
  • 375
    caramel treat
  • 250
    fresh cream or a can Nestlé Ideal Evaporated Milk, well chilled
  • whipped cream, to decorate


1. Drain the peaches and pour the liquid into a small saucepan. Add the jelly to the pan and dissolve over a low heat. 2. Liquidise the peaches with the caramel and add to the jelly. Chill slightly. 3. Whip the cream or evaporated milk until stiff and fold into the peach mixture. 4. Pour into a serving bowl and chill until set. Decorate with whipped cream.
