Pawpaw and prosciutto

  • 1
    medium pawpaw or sweet melon, peeled and seeded
  • 125
    prosciutto or Black Forest ham, thinly sliced


Cut pawpaw into bite-size pieces. Wrap a slice of ham around each piece and secure with a toothpick. Serves 6.
