Pate bites

  • 175
    coarse chicken liver pâté
  • 2
    French or Italian loaves, sliced into 1 cm thick slices
  • 125
    coarse fruit chutney
  • flat-leaf parsley to garnish


Quarter or halve the slices of bread if too large and toast under the oven grill until golden brown.
Top each with a little chicken liver pate and chutney.
Garnish with parsley leaves.
