Pasta with shallot, sausage and cherry tomatoes

An everyday pasta treat, when you can get your hands on shallots.

Ingredients (8)

pasta — of your choice
1 Tbs fresh chillies — 573
1 garlic — cloves, sliced
1 fresh chillies
2 shallots — finely chopped
2 sausages — sliced
125 g cherry tomatoes — sliced
parmesan cheese — grated

Method:

While the pasta is cooking heat the olive oil in a pan.
Add the garlic, chilli and shallots and cook until the shallots are transparent.
Add the sausage and tomatoes.
Add some liquid if necessary (like the water that the pasta is cooking in).
Remove the chilli.
Add the drained pasta, garnish with the Parmesan, serve and enjoy.
