Ingredients (9)

200.00 g noodles — spinach ribbon or macaroni
225.00 g green beans — baby, topped and tailed
150.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
45.00 ml red wine — or grape vinegar
15.00 ml wholegrain mustard
400.00 g tinned tomatoes — whole peeled, chopped
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
mozzarella cheese — thinly sliced

Method:

Cook the pasta in rapidly boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Cook the green beans in a little water until just tender but still crisp. Drain and return to the saucepan. Add the pasta. (OR cook the vegetables with the pasta, adding them when the pasta is half-cooked.) Mix the remaining ingredients, except the cheese, and add to the pasta mixture. Mix and turn everything into a bowl. Garnish with slices of cheese.
Serves 4.
