Pasta with chicken and sundried tomatoes

Ingredients (11)

800 g chicken breast fillets — sliced
25 ml fresh chillies — 573
3 garlic — cloves, crushed
1 onion — chopped
12 sun-dried tomatoes — chopped
80 ml wine — white
salt and freshly ground back pepper
250 ml cream
15 ml Dijon mustard
30 ml fresh basil — chopped
500 g pasta — cooked

Method:

Heat the oil and stir fry the chicken in the oil, till cooked.
Add the garlic and onion and sauté until soft.
Add the sundried tomatoes and wine and simmer slowly until the wine has reduced to half.

Season
with the salt and pepper, add the cream and mustard and simmer until
the sauce is hot.
Add the pasta and fresh basil and serve immediately.
