Pasta and mince

    uncooked pasta shells

    onion, sliced into rings

    whole skinned tomatoes, finely chopped

    Worcestershire sauce

    packets (40 g each) instant cheese sauce

    Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until tender. Drain well and set aside. Sauté the onion in a little oil until soft. Add the mince and stir-fry until done. Add the tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and chutney and season to taste with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes. Spoon alternate layers of the pasta and mince mixture into the prepared dish. Prepare the cheese sauce according to the instructions on the packet and pour over the mince mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 20 minutes or until heated through. Switch on the oven grill and grill until brown on top. Serves 4 - 6 with a salad.
