Ingredients (10)

400 g pasta — spaghetti
15 ml oil
4 fish — firm fillets
1 green chilli — chopped
3 ml fennel — seeds
1 garlic — cloves, chopped
1 can tomatoes — chopped
30 ml fresh Italian parsley — chopped
4 anchovy fillets — finely chopped
15 ml capers

Method:

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Heat the oil in a frying pan and then fry the fish, chilli, fennel seeds and garlic together until the fish is golden brown.

Add the tomatoes, parsley, anchovies and capers and stir-fry for a few minutes until fragrant. Pour over the pasta and enjoy.
