Parsley butter

    g
    butter
  • 15
    g
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • squeeze of lemon juice
 

Method

 
Melt butter in a pan. When light brown, add chopped parsley and lemon juice. Blend together and pour over cooked meat, chicken pasta or potatoes.
