Parma ham and avocado wraps

    sour cream
  • 3
    corn torillas

    Parma ham, sliced
  • 60
    spinach, washed
  • 1
    large avocado, peeled, stoned and cut into strips
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1
    lemon, juice


Spread sour cream over tortillas (30 cm rounds), add ham, spinach and avocado. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle lemon juice over avocado, then roll up the tortillas, wrap in clingwrap and press to seal. Set aside until needed. When ready to serve, remove the clingwrap and cut the rolls at an angle into individual portions.
