Method:

Papadums can be bought at most supermarkets and the lentil ones are you best healthy option.

Place 1 papadum in the microwave for 45 seconds to a minute and your papadum is ready-no mess no fuss and no oil.

Enjoy as a snack instead of crisps or serve with your Indian meal.
