300.00 g rosa tomatoes
10.00 ml olyfolie
30.00 g fresh basil
1.00 yellow pepper
1.00 red pepper
3.00 eetlepels capers
10.00 anchovy fillets
10.00 ml salt and freshly ground black pepper
2.00 red onion — sliced
75.00 ml olyfolie
45.00 ml red wine

Method:

Sny die brood in blokke. Verhit jou oond tot 120 °C. Plaas die broodstukke op ‘n bakplaat en droog vir 20 minute uit tot lekker bros. Plaas jou tamaties in ‘n klein oondbakkie en bedruip met ‘n bietjie olyfolie. Bak teen 180 °C vir 10-15 minute – net tot die skil begin bars. Sny intussen die geel en rooi soetrissie in blokke. Meng nou al die bestanddele saam in ‘n groot slaaibak. Laat staan vir minstens 1 uur voor jy dit voorsit sodat die brood sag word in die sous.
