Ingredients (7)

5.00 bananas — ripe
300.00 ml cream — thick
300.00 ml orange juice
30.00 ml maple syrup
8.00 pancakes
0.00 pecan nuts — chopped
0.00 maple syrup

Method:

Make the ice cream the previous day.
Peel the bananas and process in a food processor.
Add the cream, orange juice and maple syrup and process until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a container, cover and freeze overnight.
Remove the ice cream from the freezer a few minutes before serving.
Fill the pancakes with a scoop of ice cream, sprinkle with pecan nuts and drizzle with maple syrup.
