Oyster shooters

  • 10 small oyster freshly shucked
  • 275ml halls tomato cocktail
  • 150ml ice cold vodka
  • 1 tsp horseradish sauce
  • A pinch of celery salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper and Maldon salt
  • 10 shot glasses
  • Crushed ice


Place the oysters in the bottom of the shot glass. Top with 1 tsp crushed ice. Mix the Halls tomato cocktail, seasoning, celery salt and horseradish as well as the vodka together. Pour over the crushed ice. Serve immediately.
