350.00 g flour — self-raising
25.00 g castor sugar
75.00 g butter — diced
200.00 g dried cranberries
150.00 g pistachio nuts — chopped
100.00 g dark chocolate — chopped
30.00 ml vanilla
150.00 ml Buttermilk

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sift together the flour and sugar and then rub in the butter. Stir in the dried cranberries, pistachios, dark chocolate and vanilla. Add enough liquid to
make a soft dough. Spoon the mixture onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on a wire
rack. Serve warm.
