Ingredients (10)

15.00 ml honey
45.00 ml soy sauce
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
salt — to taste
6.00 fish — linefish steaks
30.00 ml sesame oil — or sunflower oil
CHILLI NOODLES
1.00 noodles — Chinese
45.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
5.00 ml chilli paste
salt — to taste

Method:

Blend honey, soy sauce, garlic and salt. Brush fish thoroughly on both sides with mixture.
Oil a baking tray lightly and heat in the oven at 180 ºC until piping hot. Add fish and roast for 7 to 10 minutes, or until cooked through but still faintly pink at the bone.
CHILLI NOODLES: Cook Chinese noodles according to packet instructions. Drain thoroughly, then toss with olive oil and chilli paste. Add salt to taste.
Serve immediately
