Ostrich kebabs

  • 1
    ostrich fillet, cubed
  • 2
    onions, chopped
  • 3
    green peppers, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1
    bought pepper sauce
  • cranberry sauce (optional)


1. Thread ostrich fillet, onions and peppers on skewers. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Grill kebabs on medium heat for about 10 minutes. 3. Mix pepper sauce with cranberry sauce if using and serve over kebabs. Serve with rice and vegetables in season.
