Ingredients (10)

25.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
1.00 onion — sliced
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
1.00 pepper — red or green, cubed
500.00 g ostrich — steak, cubed
1.00 denny tomato and basil pasta sauce
1.00 mushrooms — tinned
20.00 ml yoghurt — natural
8.00 olives — pitted and halved
0.00 pasta — cooked, to serve

Method:

1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Sauté
the onion, garlic and pepper until soft.
2. Add the meat and cook for three to five minutes. Add the pasta sauce,
mushrooms, yoghurt and olives to the
saucepan, and simmer for f ive minutes.
Season to taste.
3. Serve spooned over hot pasta.
