Ingredients (10)

2.00 noodles — two-minute
400.00 g cabbage — shredded
0.00 ml sunflower seeds — salted
0.00 ml almonds — slivered, toasted
250.00 ml fresh chives — chopped
10.00 ml water — hot
250.00 ml pineapple — juice
25.00 ml sesame oil
250.00 ml vinegar — white wine
15.00 ml sugar

Method:

Crumble ramen noodles. (Be sure to save 1 of the flavour packs for the dressing.)
In a large bowl, toss together the noodles, cabbage, sunflower seeds, almonds and chives.
To make the dressing, dissolve 1 packet beef flavouring in the hot water. Whisk together juice, oil, vinegar, sugar and dissolved beef flavouring.
Pour over salad. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Per serving: 827 kJ; 18,3 g carbohydrate; 4,8 g protein; 12,9 g fat
