Orange and chilli slaw

  • 1
    head Chinese cabbage or 3 heads baby green cabbage, washed and shredded
  • 2
    oranges, peeled and segments sliced
  • 2
    fresh red chillies, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2
    sticks celery, washed and thinly sliced
  • flatleaf parsley leaves
  • Orange vinaigrette
  • 3
    exta-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 1
    freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper


1. Whisk together the dressing ingredients.
2. Mix together the salad ingredients, dress, toss well and serve immediately.
