1.00 lamb
4.00 garlic
2.00 fresh rosemary
1.00 lemon juice
Sout en Vars Gemaalde Swartpeper
8.00 potatoes — chopped
150.00 ml olyfolie
15.00 rosa tomatoes
200.00 g feta cheese — cubed

Method:

Maak klein snytjies in die lamsboud en druk die knoffelhuisies en roosmaryntakke in die snye.

Gooi die suurlemoensap oor die lamsboud en geur met sout en swartpeper.

Sny die aartappels in skywe en pak dit
in n` oondbak.

Geur met sout en swartpeper.

Gooi die olyfolie oor die boud en aartappels.

Maak die bak toe met tinfoelie.

Plaas in n` warm oond teen 180 graad C.

Haal die tinfoelie ná 30 minute af.

Daar sal nou baie sap in die bak wees.

Plaas terug in die oond vir nog 30 minute.

Haal uit en sit die fetakaas en tamaties rondom die
lamsboud en bak vir nog sowat 20 minute.
