Oaty apple crumble

Ingredients (8)

2 can apples — pie
1/4 cup jam — apricot
2 Tbs apple juice
TOPPING:
1/2 cup oats — rolled
1/2 cup flour — wholewheat
1/2 cup muscovado sugar
1/2 cup butter
TO SERVE:
cream — fresh, whipped

Method:

Drain the apples and mix with the apricot jam and apple juice.

Arrange in a greased baking dish or four cups.

Mix the oats, flour and sugar and rub in the butter using your fingertips.

Top the apples with the oat mixture, dot with butter and bake at 200ºC until golden. Serve warm with whipped cream.
