Ingredients (12)

150.00 g flour — wholewheat
salt
2.00 ml Baking powder
1.00 ml Bicarbonate of soda
2.00 ml cinnamon — ground
1.00 ml nutmeg — ground
60.00 g raisins — seedless, finely chopped
180.00 g oats
10.00 ml liquid sweetener — artificial
60.00 g margarine — melted
1.00 eggs — extra-large, beaten
125.00 ml milk — skimmed

Method:

Preheat the oven to 190 ºC (375 ºF). Spray a large baking tray with non-stick spray.
Sift the wholewheat flour, salt, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon and nutmeg together, returning the husks of the wholewheat flour to the mixture.
Add the raisins and oats and mix well.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and add to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Roll into 35 small balls and arrange on the prepared baking tray.
Flatten each little ball with the back of a fork.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done and golden brown.
