North African chermoula chicken with peanut butter

    deboned skinless chicken breasts
  • 190
    ready made chermoula paste
  • 125
    crunchy peanut butter
  • 6
    pita breads
  • 250
    natural yoghurt
  • 0
    fresh coriander to serve
  • 0
    fresh mint to serve


Preheat grill. Mix chicken pieces with chermoula and peanut butter. Place in a baking dish and grill for three minutes on each side until cooked. Slice chicken and serve with warmed pita breads and a dollop of yoghurt. Scatter over some coriander and mint.
