Ingredients (13)

500.00 g noodles — shell, uncooked
250.00 g salami — cut into cubes
6.00 pickling onions — red, sliced
6.00 baby onion — sliced
100.00 g gherkins — chopped
150.00 g baby carrots — sliced
100.00 g pineapple — cut into chunks
1.00 onion — sliced
25.00 ml green pepper — chopped
french salad dressing
salt
freshly ground black pepper
olives — to garnish

Method:

Boil the noodles in sufficient salted water until just cooked. Drain. Add all the vegetables and mix well. Pour over just enough salad dressing to moisten the ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with a few olives and chill. Serves 6.
