This delicious smoothie makes for a great on-the-go breakfast or light lunch.

Ingredients (8)

250 ml water
125 ml yoghurt — fat free
1 banana, sliced — fresh, frozen
mixed berries — fresh or frozen
2 Tbs oat bran
2 Tbs almonds — ground
1 Tbs peanut butter
vanilla extract — splash

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a liquidiser and process until smooth and well mixed.

For a colder smoothie add a few blocks of ice to the mixture before processing.
