Ingredients (7)

2.00 kg nectarines
250.00 g cherries
500.00 ml peach juice
3.00 lemon — juice only
125.00 ml sugar
750.00 ml wine — sparkling, semi-sweet, chilled
2.00 Litres rosé wine

Method:

Stone the nectarines and cut into thin slices. Wash the cherries.
Mix the peach juice, lemon juice and sugar and pour over the nectarine slices. Stir carefully, cover and chill for five hours.
Add the sparkling and rosé; wines just before serving.
