Ingredients (9)

1 onion — medium, finely chopped
2 garlic — cloves, chopped
2 tin whole tomatoes — chopped
1 tomato purée — tin
1 Tbs sugar
1 cup wine — red
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
fresh herbs — oregano and thyme, chopped
1 Tbs vinegar — red wine

Method:

Fry onion and garlic.

Add all other ingredients and cook until thick and reduced.

Season to taste.

Cook pasta and add to sauce and mix well.
