Mustard pork with red cabbage

    olive oil

    red cabbage
  • 2
    red onions
  • 2
    red apples
  • 150
    red wine vinegar
  • 30
    brown sugar
  • 4
    pork steaks
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 45
    wholegrain mustard


20 minutes
Heat the oil and add the cabbage, onion, apple, vinegar, sugar and 150 ml water. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Season pork with salt and pepper and spread with mustard.
Place under a preheated grill and cook for 20 minutes until tender, turning once.
Serve with the cooked red cabbage.
