Ingredients (13)

80.00 ml yoghurt — plain
30.00 ml oil
5.00 ml fresh ginger — freshly grated
30.00 ml lemon juice
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
30.00 ml wholegrain mustard
30.00 ml honey
3.00 ml turmeric — ground
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
16.00 chicken — wings
1.00 onion — sliced
1.00 lemon — sliced
fresh rosemary

Method:

Mix the yoghurt, oil, ginger, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, honey, turmeric and seasoning together.
Grease a foil roasting pan. Place the chicken wings in the roasting pan and pour over the sauce. Top with the onion, lemon and rosemary.
Cover with aluminium foil and place on the grill over a medium heat. Cook for 15 minutes.
Uncover the roasting pan and remove the chicken wings, placing them on the grill to brown. Baste with the sauce and grill for a further 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with the reserved sauce from the roasting pan.
