Mustard-glazed chicken wings

    plain yoghurt

    freshly grated ginger

    lemon juice

    clove garlic, crushed

    wholegrain mustard

    ground turmeric
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

    chicken wings

    onion, sliced
  • 1
    lemon, sliced
  • fresh sprigs of rosemary


30 minutes
Mix the yoghurt, oil, ginger, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, honey, turmeric and seasoning together. Grease a foil roasting pan. Place the chicken wings in the roasting pan and pour over the sauce. Top with the onion, lemon and rosemary. Cover with aluminium foil and place on the grill over a medium heat. Cook for 15 minutes. Uncover the roasting pan and remove the chicken wings, placing them on the grill to brown. Baste with the sauce and grill for a further 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve with the reserved sauce from the roasting pan.
