Ingredients (9)

2.00 kg mussels — on the half shell, steamed
6.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
2.00 onions — medium, chopped
1.00 fresh parsley — bunch
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
125.00 ml lemon juice
15.00 ml vinegar
375.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
125.00 ml wine — dry white

Method:

1. Blend garlic, onions, parsley, salt and pepper and half the oil together. Add lemon juice and vinegar, and mix for 1 minute. Add the rest of the oil and finally the wine.
2. Arrange the mussel halves on a plate and pour over prepared sauce.
