Ingredients (14)

1.00 lettuce
250.00 g button mushrooms — sliced
100.00 g bacon — chopped and fried
1.00 fresh parsley
radishes — to garnish
DRESSING
200.00 ml sunflower oil
200.00 ml vinegar
50.00 ml lemon juice
4.00 garlic — cloves, finely chopped
10.00 ml fresh basil
salt
freshly ground black pepper
10.00 ml sugar
15.00 ml onion — finely grated

Method:

Arrange the lettuce leaves on a salad platter and arrange the mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with the bacon and parsley and garnish with radishes. Shake all the salad dressing ingredients in a jar until well blended. Pour over the salad just before serving and keep the rest in the fridge until needed. Serves 4.
