25.00 ml butter
25.00 g hazelnuts — chopped
225.00 g oysters
4.00 black mushrooms — sliced
30.00 ml milk
75.00 g blue cheese — creamy
4.00 bread — whole wheat sliced

Method:

Heat butter in a frying pan and toss hazelnuts until golden.
Add oysters and mushrooms and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add milk and cheese and heat until melted.
Serve on wholewheat toast.
