Morello cherry lollies

Time 15 minutes plus freezing time


  • 500
    packet frozen Morello cherries
  • 250.
    berry juice
  • 60
    Creme de Cassis
  • 10
    thin lemon slices


Whizz the cherries, fruit juice and liqueur together in a blender until just blended; it's okay if there are still a few whole and chopped cherries.
Divide the mixture between lolly-shaped moulds and insert a lemon slice down the side of each.
Freeze until needed.
