Ingredients (5)

200.00 g long grain white rice — cooked
300.00 g haddock — fillet, grilled
50.00 g watercress
150.00 g peas — frozen, blanched
4.00 eggs

Method:

Gently toss all ingredients together, except eggs.
Divide among 4 plates.
Poach eggs and place on top of kedgeree just before serving.
