Ingredients (11)

0.00 salad greens
12.00 ham — thinly sliced
4.00 potatoes — medium
8.00 fresh mushrooms, sliced — sprinkled with lemon juice
250.00 ml lentils — cooked
6.00 beetroot — cooked, thinly sliced
DRESSING
125.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
125.00 ml orange juice
15.00 ml vinegar — red wine
5.00 ml mustard — prepared
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Wash salad leaves and refrigerate, covered, until needed.
Just before serving, arrange leaves on a platter with ham in between.
Follow with sliced potatoes and mushrooms and spoon lentils in between.

Add beetroot just before serving.

DRESSING:
Shake ingredients together in a screw-topped jar until well-mixed and spoon over salad just before serving.
