Ingredients (8)

1.00 butternut — wedges
2.00 sweet potatoes — wedges
5.00 parsnips — halved
5.00 turnips — halved
4.00 leeks — baby, sliced
45.00 ml sesame oil
30.00 ml sesame seeds
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 &degC.
Place all the vegetables in a roasting pan and drizzle with sesame oil.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season.
Roast for one hour until vegetables are soft.
