Mixed mustard chops

  • 30
    wholegrain mustard
  • 15
    hot English mustard
  • 4
    lean pork chops
  • salt and milled black pepper
  • 10
  • a little olive oil


Mix grainy and hot English mustard together into a paste.
Season chops on both sides.
Spread mustard paste onto one side of each chop and sprinkle with sugar and a little olive oil.
Heat a baking tray under the grill until very hot, place chops on a tray, mustard side up and grill for 6 to 8 minutes until done.
Serve with green beans, mash and extra mustard.
