Ingredients (13)

425.00 g red kidney beans — tinned, drained
425.00 g butter beans — tinned and drained
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
30.00 ml vinegar — white wine
90.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
salt
black pepper — freshly ground
45.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
1.00 onion — finely chopped
1.00 fresh chillies — deseeded, sliced
1.00 red pepper — cubed
1.00 avocado — large, cubed
425.00 g chickpeas — tinned and drained

Method:

Place all ingredients except the avocado in a large bowl. Mix well and leave for about one hour before serving to allow the flavours to develop. Add the avocado and serve.
Serves 6-8.
