Ingredients (7)

400.00 g lamb — or chicken breast fillet, cubed
200.00 g prunes — semi-dried, pitted
8.00 baby onions — halved
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
1.00 lemon — zest only
60.00 ml fresh mint — chopped
250.00 ml yoghurt — Greek

Method:

Thread the lamb or chicken, prunes and onions onto skewers.
Whisk the olive oil, lemon zest, mint and yoghurt together.
Pour over the kebabs and grill for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with seasonal vegetables and baby potatoes.

Instead of kebabs, make a tasty stew. Cook the meat with 250 ml beef stock and the remaining ingredients.
Serve on a bed of couscous or rice, sprinkled with freshly chopped mint.
