Ingredients (13)

450.00 g pork mince
1.00 onion
45.00 ml fresh coriander — chopped
10.00 ml fresh ginger — chopped
45.00 ml hoisin sauce
1.00 eggs — large
0.00 flour — for coating
0.00 oil — or butter for frying
To serve
200.00 g noodles — Chinese
375.00 ml stock — chicken
0.00 vegetables — thinly sliced
30.00 ml soy sauce
30.00 ml hoisin sauce

Method:

Mix all ingredients except flour, butter and oil until well blended. Shape into little balls and coat lightly with flour.
Heat butter and oil in a frying pan and fry meatballs in batches, turning once.
They should take 8 to 10 minutes to cook through. Drain on paper towels and keep warm.

Meanwhile, boil Chinese noodles in chicken stock until tender. Add vegetables and heat through.

Drain noodles, stir in soy and Hoisin sauce, top with meatballs and serve.
